Integrate the RETI Network

 The official integration of new network members will take place at the annual general assembly (hereinafter "AG"). The conditions for joining RETI are as follows:

1. Be an island university;
2. Adhere to at least one working group and participate actively;
3. Commit to participating in AGs and hosting an AG in turn, covering the organization costs (excluding mission costs);
4. Dedicate sufficient human resources (at least appoint a RETI referent) and a budget from own funds to participate in AGs (mission costs) and working groups (mission or video costs); This membership request must be decided by a qualified majority (75%) of network members. Public or private members or organizations subscribing to the network's objectives may be "invited" at their request or at the request of a network member. These members can then join RETI as "invited" members for a given period. However, they cannot vote at the general assembly.
